Our Napa Cabbage Kimchi is a vegan take on the family recipe of our founder, Rebecca Ghim. With a perfect balance of sour and salty flavors and a subtle spice, it boasts a deep umami flavor that sets it apart from other kimchis. We use traditional methods resulting in a product full of probiotics and prebiotics.

 

INGREDIENTS Napa Cabbage (84.3%), Onion, Salt, Broth [Water, Shiitake Mushroom, Kelp], Garlic, Mooli, Gochugaru, Leeks, Ginger, Cheong, Persimmons, Cooked Rice Powder, Carrots, Spring Onion.
ALLERGY ADVICE No known allergens. Vegetarian and Vegan Friendly.
STORAGE Refrigerate and eat within three months of opening. Minimize saliva exposure.

Delicious!

Lovely flavours and very versatile, I've been adding as a side to steaks but also vegetarian mains, works with all sorts of dishes.

Delicious healthy Kimchi

I’ve been buying this Kimchi from my local farmers market but they are only there once a month so now order online. The cauliflower leaf kimchi is my favourite. Amazing, authentic, healthy product! Well done! :)
